My Top 25 Positive Affirmations for building a positive 2020

In our fast-paced world of negativity and disappointment, it can be hard to stay motivated and remain positive about ourselves, our potential, our environment and the people around us.

It’s important that we create our own good vibes and don’t look to others to create them for us. A good life is achieved through self-love and the ability to see opportunity and take associated risks.

By working on your mindset on a day-to-day basis you can reinforce positive self-belief in yourself.


The more you commit to the daily performance or ritual of reciting affirmations, the more you will believe them and more likely you are to look for opportunities and see them when they arrive. You are also more likely to believe that you are capable of achieving your goals no matter how high you set them. The difference between a successful person and someone who hasn’t reached their full potential yet is not what has happened to them but how they dealt with the events.


To manifest a positive enabling mindset in yourself you need to want change. You need to feel as though there is no other option than to go up in the world. If you are at that point where you just can't stand it any longer and something has to change whether it is a relationship, a job, your finance or your health then you need to start working on yourself right now. Don't wait until the kids go to school or until after your birthday or until you've . . . because those days never, ever come. Start now, no matter how hard you think it is going to be.
